Fire razed multi million naira properties in Buguma City. Social Media User call out Rivers State Government

A social media user today, Sunday 7 July, 2019 to express his displeasure after fire razed multi million naira properties in Buguma City in Asari-Toru area of Rivers State.

Benjamin Braide, in a post made on his Facebook timeline said, “although it (fire) was later pulled down by some gallant youths without government intervention.”

He call on the Rivers State House of Assembly to enact a law that will see Fire Service established in each Local Governments in Rivers State.

Another fire outbreak gain recorded in Buguma city our home town in the early hour’s of today, although it was later pulled down by some gallant youths without government intervention, without political sentiment it is very disheartening to see the nonchalant attitude displayed by the government towards his citizens which has cause the destruction of life’s and properties over millions of naira, on this note it is very imperative that our state Assembly should urgently enact a law that will establish a fire stations across the 23 local government Areas of the state to combat any fire outbreak and this will also create jobs for our youths and unemployment will be reduced, I want to use this medium to plead to our leader Hon, Dr Ipalibo George

representing Asari-toru constituency (1) in the River’s state house of Assembly to please facilitate this idea for the people’s wellbeing. Long live Asari-toru local government, long live Rivers state.
Aku Benjamin Pankin Braide.
