'Jeffy Jeff is a humble artiste, our issue with him has been resolved.' - Kingsley Anu

Music industry in Port Harcourt is on the rise and the getting signed into labels is also improving but one thing artistes and the record label companies should know is that, it is one thing to sign a contract and another thing to abide by the terms of that contract.

On 20th May, 2018, artiste under the record label of No-Limit Music Production, Darlington Jeff Donald made a post on Facebook over the bridge of his contract with the label company as regard to issues relating the release of Omotena by SureBoi Featuring him, Jeffy Jeff, though he stated that the issue "has been amicably resolved."

Taking the blame for his action, Jeffy Jeff said: "I fully take Responsibility and all the Blame for not informing my management team and Record Label CEO, Kingsley Anu, about the Collaboration with SureBoi before the Song was released yesterday 19th May 2018."

"It's just that due process was not followed and I didn't inform him or my management about the collabo prior to it's release. Honestly if not for God and the intervention of my management and some notable persons I would have been punished and charged for bridge of CONTRACT,. But because of the overwhelming magnanimous trait's of my Boss and CEO he has decided to wave it aside and focus on more serious project's ahead."

He told those who may not know that "my boss, Mr Kingsley Anu is a good and peace loving man and can never derive any joy in stopping anybody from promoting his or her song."

When contacted to know his action and plans towards the artiste, Mr. Anu told BelieveAll.Com that the "issue has been resolved."

Speaking further, he said: "Jeffy Jeff is a humble artiste, it was an oversight though was a bridge of contract like he rightly stated in his post but a lot of personalities has called him over the matter to see how we can resolve it."

The media entrepreneur also stated that "we are are shooting two videos for him next week (probably, this week), we have sorted out with our locations and have met with our directors; we are using two different directors, we have Okaka on the air, we also have Blessing."

Speaking why he is using Port Harcourt directors, My Kingsley Anu said: "Now let me say this to Port Harcourt  people, I am using Port Harcourt directors does not mean I can not pay Lagos directors. I am a promoter of Port Harcourt contents, I am one of the big promoter of Port Harcourt contents.
"I am using Port Harcourt  directors I have seen their works and their are good. They are going to shoot two videos for Jeffy Jeff on a stretch."

"I am saying this to clear the air, a lot of people are going on social media to say No-Limit is not shooting videos for Jeffy Jeff and the rest of them, we have a structure, we have a game plan, it's a Label."

He described Jeffy Jeff as "one of my big artiste and he has a lot to offer. I have looked at the matter, he has apologised deeply and let that be. We are working in harmony, we are working together, there is no issue whatsoever."
